You may or may not have gathered but we're pretty obsessed about all things edible - and a few more things too! As we regularly stumble upon some great finds, food or no, and we thought we'd share our favourites with you!
Although a novice and not THAT knowledgeable, I really enjoy foraging - especially in Autumn. My favourite foraging spot in East London is around the Hackney and Leyton Marshes.
Last weekend we made the 2h stroll from our flat and found a wonderful variety of edible treats. We discovered blackberries, wild plums, damsons, rosehips and horseradish. These are the ones I spotted at least!
There is something wonderfully therapeutic with foraging, bringing us closer to nature. If foraging in London, or in general, is a topic you’d be interested in, let me know in the comments below!
