PEANUT RAYU: OUR NEW FAVOURITE CONDIMENT that brings everyday meals to the next level

You may or may not have gathered but we're pretty obsessed with all things edible - and a few more things too! As we regularly stumble upon some great finds, food or no, we thought we'd share our favourite findings with you. 
We have a pantry absolutely filled to the brim with spices and condiments. So when I spotted this intriguing jar of Peanut Rayu, by White Mausu from Dublin, I thought that we just didn’t need it and put it back on the shelf. Then, a few weeks later, Sam came back with it!

And well, we finished it in just two weeks! We absolutely LOVE the stuff, which you’d say comes as no surprise as it contains two of our favourite things: peanuts & chilli (and a host of other delicious things like sesame, agave, crispy garlic, tamari, salt). The beauty of Peanut Rayu is in its versatility. We like to add it on anything from a simple fried egg to a sandwich on top of a curry. It adds a flavour kick to any dish and is just so tasty, bringing any not-so-exciting meal to new levels. You really need to try it!

    I have just purchased this and cannot wait to try have you had it with fish in particular salmon ??
    • YES! One of our favourite quick meals is to rub some of the rayu onto a salmon fillet and then bake it in the oven. DELICIOUS! Otherwise, drizzled on after cooking will be wonderful for sure! Enjoy!
