ROSEMARY ROASTED ALMONDS

Almonds are amongst the healthiest nuts to reach for when hungry. Rosemary and smoked sea salt give these almonds a delicious aromatic quality which will keep you reaching for just one more...    
INGREDIENTS

200g Unsalted Almonds

1 Small Bunch of Rosemary, finley diced 

1tbsp Cold Water

1 Generous Pinch of Smoked Sea Salt

METHOD

1. Preheat the oven to 160 °C

 

2. In a large bowl, whisk together the diced rosemary and water until evenly mixed together. Add the almonds to the bowl and mix together making sure the almonds are covered with a layer of the mixture. Transfer the nuts to a baking tray and season generously with the smoked sea salt.

 

3. Roast in the oven for approximately 15 minutes or until the nuts are golden-brown. It is important to keep an eye on the nuts as they can burn in a matter of seconds.

 

4. Allow to cool for ten minutes before consuming.
