10–12 Pitted Italian Olives
1 Radicchio Salad
2 Tbsp Aperol
1 1/2 Tbsp of juice of a Blood Orange
1 1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
½ tsp Fennel Seeds
A pinch of Salt
A pinch of Pepper
