APRICOT SUNSHINE SMOOTHIE

Kick start your day with this healthy smoothie - packed full with vitamins and antioxidants. The ginger and turmeric are perfect for giving you an energy boost in the morning.
1 Thumb Sized Piece of Ginger
1/4tsp Vanilla Extract
125ml Oat Milk, or milk alternative of your choice
1. Place all the ingredients into a blender or smoothie maker and blitz until smooth. Depending on your preferred consistency, you can always add a little extra oat milk to lighten the smoothie.
2. This is at its best when served immediately but will happily keep overnight.
