100g Greek Yoghurt,
Pinch of Salt
1 tbsp. Runny Honey,
½ tsp. Aleppo Chilli Flakes,
½ tsp. Dried Thyme
15g hazelnuts, toasted and roughly chopped
Thyme Leaves, a pinch
TIP – Try placing the honey in the microwave for 30 seconds to ensure the honey infuses with the chilli and thyme more quickly.
