Roasted nuts are among my favourite snacks when I have a craving. Worcester sauce and Dijon Mustard gives a terrifically moreish,

lip-smacking kick to these cashews.

Ingredients

200g Unsalted Cashew Nuts

1tsp Dijon Mustard

1tbsp Worcester Sauce

1tsp Cold Water

1 Generous Pinch of Smoked Sea Salt

METHOD

1. Preheat the oven to 160 °C

2. In a large bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, Worcester Sauce and water until evenly mixed together. Add the cashews to the bowl and mix together making sure the cashews are covered with a layer of the Worcester Dijon mixture. Transfer the nuts to a baking tray and season generously with salt and pepper.

3. Roast in the oven for approximately 15 minutes or until the nuts are golden. It is important to keep an eye on the nuts as they can burn in a matter of seconds.

4. Allow to cool for ten minutes before consuming.
